We want you to feel confident when you order from us. Everything we grow and share with you is cared for with love right here at Dolce Flower Farm. Please read through our policies before ordering.

Satisfaction Guarantee
All dahlia tubers will have at least one visible eye and are grown here at Dolce Flower Farm.
We never resell — everything you purchase was grown on our farm.
If something doesn’t look right, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
We cannot be responsible for issues caused by planting conditions, weather, storage, pests, or neglect once tubers leave our farm.

Ordering
Adding items to your cart doesn’t hold them. Your order is only confirmed once you finish checkout and receive an email confirmation.
Our flowers and tubers are in high demand, so items may sell out quickly during checkout.

Shipping
We currently only ship within the U.S.
All tubers are carefully packed by hand to arrive in excellent condition.

Returns, Refunds & Combined Orders
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us within 7 days if there’s an issue.
Refunds (including extra shipping charges from combined orders) will be processed after all spring shipments are complete.
We do not accept returns of live plants or cut flowers.

Cancellations & Substitutions
All sales are final — we do not accept cancellations.
If for any reason we cannot fulfill a variety you ordered (for example, storage loss or Mother Nature’s surprises), we’ll reach out to you with options.

Plant Health
We follow best practices recommended by the American Dahlia Society, including sanitizing tools, culling unhealthy plants, and using organic methods for pest management.
Dahlias, like many plants, may naturally carry viruses even if they look healthy. This is common across the dahlia world and does not always affect growth or bloom.
